Returns for Store Credit Only:
- Returns are accepted for store credit only.
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
- Returns must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
Final Sale Items:
- Any item purchased at a discounted rate is considered a final sale and is not eligible for exchange or return.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If your item shows any signs of defects or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days so we can arrange for a return and replacement.
Price Adjustment:
- If an item you purchased at full retail value goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, notify us, and we will honor a price adjustment as store credit only.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at customerlove@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.
- We offer free prepaid return labels within the U.S.
Processing Returns:
- Once your item arrives at our warehouse, please allow an additional 7 days for your return to be processed.
- You will be notified via email once your return is processed and store credit is issued, or if your return is rejected.
